Request account deletion
Use the form below to send a deletion request right away. We email the request to gamex391@gmail.com, verify ownership, then delete your account within 7 days (maximum 30 days). You will receive a confirmation email when it is done.
Prefer to email manually? Send to gamex391@gmail.com with subject Quest account deletion request and include your Quest account email plus “Please delete my Quest account.”
Data that is deleted
After we process your request, the following personal data associated with your Quest account is deleted:
- Account and profile data (name, avatar, bio, interests)
- Quest progress, streaks, and personalized quest history
- Memories (photos, videos, captions), and likes/comments you created
- Partnership and dare relationships
- Push tokens and device registration data
- Your community posts and comments
Data that may be kept temporarily
- Deletion request records for up to 90 days
- Aggregated, non-identifying analytics
- Limited fraud, safety, or legal records as required by law
- Backups, which are purged within approximately 30 days
Retention periods
- Active account: data is kept while the account is open
- After a deletion request: personal data is deleted within 30 days (target: 7 days)
- Backups / legal records: retained up to 90 days, then removed or anonymized
